Gliding - Step Aerobics Intervals (Doris St-Arnaud)

Let Doris lure you towards the most intense power packed activity session. During this activity session, you will alternate Step aerobics segments (intermediate level) and cardio/ strength segments using sliding discs. Are you intrigued? Your participants will be amazed by the results!

This workshop is open to instructors and any person that is inspired to become one. Also, we recommand this course to personal trainers, learn how to design and incorporate to your client's program exercises that target different muscle groups while working out the cardiovascular system. Amazing tools!

Who is Doris St-Arnaud?

Doris St- Arnaud has a 22-year background in Fitness Industry and is the Ramping Forces Director, the only Ramping Instructor Training Group officially recognized by The Ramp Company to certify instructors in Canada. Doris is also the author of 4 stability ball exercise books well known across Canada, United States and Europe and the author of one Stability Ball Exercise DVD. She holds Group Fitness Instructor certification from YMCA and CAIA and Personal Trainer certification from Canfitpro.
