Training Do's and Don'ts From Beginner to Advanced (Mat Boulé)

This seminar will enable the trainer to get accounted with biomechanical variables that affect the quality of the programs they design for their clients. Topics such as:

  • the role of gravity
  • lever length considerations
  • shear stress in a joint
  • and many more will be discussed.
The goal of this seminar is to introduce concepts of biomechanics to trainers as they play a huge role in how effective the training program will be.

Group fitness instructors will greatly benefit form learning the fondimentals of safe training and enable them to teach the right techniques in their group fitness classes (such as tonus and bootcamp classes etc.)

Who is Mat Boulé?

Mat Boulé is a strength coach certified by the NSCA and the Poliquin Performance Center. As well, he is a licensed massage therapist, posturologist and an ART® (Active Release Technique) provider. He is a student of osteopathy and an intern in Denver, CO, working towards becomming an MAT® Certified Specialist. His focus both as a trainer and therapist is to increase performance. His work is based on fundamental scientific principles in neurology, biomechanics, anatomy and physiology.
