Using minimal equipment (weight, steps, tubing) you will
learn how to use what you have to incorporate sport drills,
progressive strength and balance moves and even a little
pilates and yoga (sport style) into and exciting, fun-filled
workout that lets all your participants leave feeling

has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry.
Dynamic and bilingual, Lynn owns and manages Adrenaline
Fitness Complice, a personal training and corporate
fitness consultation business in the Montreal area.
Lynn trains over 15 clients weekly and teaches group
fitness classes daily. She is also a Can-Fit-Pro presenter
and has presented several lectures and workshops on
