Harma-Gentle YOGA Balance

Harma-Yoga is a form of art, expression and body awareness ideal for helping one find harmony, balance and serenity in life. In this workshop Lynn and Sylvie will lead you through a series of inspirational positions with the emphasis on posture and balance training that you can adapt to your 50 plus clientele, while adding to your repertoire of standing symbolic poses. A gentle participant friendly warm-up will be followed by three cycles harmonizing breath and movement flow andincorporating poses from the sun and moon salutations. Harma-Yoga draws its inspiration from hatha yoga, anusara yoga, tai chi and somatic body awareness theory. Presenter: Lynn Coward

Who is Lynn Coward?

Lynn Coward B.A., Can-Fit-Pro Certified (FIS), and Pro Trainer (FIS, PTS - French), A.C.S.M. Lynn has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. Dynamic and bilingual, Lynn owns and manages Adrenaline Fitness Complice, a personal training and corporate fitness consultation business in the Montreal area. Lynn trains over 15 clients weekly and teaches group fitness classes daily. She is also a Can-Fit-Pro presenter and has presented several lectures and workshops on various fitness related topic for the fitness community.
