Who is Diana Destounis?


Diana Destounis Master Trainer F.I.T YMCA Diana has been in the Fitness industry for at least 10 years as a group fitness instructor and Master Trainer. She has taught Hi/lo, Step, Box, Boot Camp, Cycle, Stretch and Yoga among other Fitness classes. She also certifies Fitness Instructors for the FIT program for the YMCA. She specializes in advanced and choreographed Step and Hi/lo. Her focus is in the teaching aspect and it is important to her to do this well.

She has developed her own approach to breakdown and choreography construction. Her objective is to make choreography fun and accessible to people.
