Urban
Rebounding is a trampoline based program that is safe,
effective and surprisingly challenging. Basic cardio moves
such as sprints, jumping jacks and boxing drills are just
a few of the moves you can do on this great new piece
of equipment. The rebounder trains the proprioceptors
and stability muscles for better balance while effectively
improving cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Learn
a variety of ways to use the rebounder including exercises
for musculaur endurance.

Shelly
has been a dedicated fitness professional for many
years now as a Television Personnel, Group Fitness
Director, International Presenter, and Phys Ed. teacher.
She is most recognized for her involvement with TSN,
OLN and Fit TV's ' Caribbean Workout' where she is
appearing for the twelfth year and hosting for the
fifth year. |

extensive media background includes starring in one
other fitness show that was aired on CTV's Sports
Net, co-starring in several fitness videos, appearing
daily on ost Air Canada flights in a series of Lifestyle
and Wellness videos, actingsd the Fitness Expert for
several television productions. Shelly's picture has
appeared in numerous newspapers and magazines including
the New York Times. Shelly is the start of 8 DVD's
that are sold in stores across Canada and the US.
Aside from her involvement with the media, she is
a phys.ed teacher at Marianopolis College and te Group
Fitness Director at Club Sportif MAA. |
