us and learn the basic steps and mooves in Baladi and
how you can incorporate them into your group fitness classes.
Learn how to isolate body parts and work your core at
all times. We will take the time to show you how your
routine can be build around Baladi mooves.
One segment of this course will be focused on teaching
you the most common Baladi mooves. The second segment
is focused on demonstrating the beats and the alternatives
for making the workout more challenging. The third segment
is to incorporate the dance technique into a regular aerobic
segment. You will leave this course
inspired and you will have lots of fun learning it!
