Learn how to teach BOSU conditioning in a group fitness format. This workshop will teach you the many benefits of training with a BOSU and show you a simple format you can use to take your participants to a new level of fitness performance. The exercises done with the BOSU integrates balance, stability and total body awareness as well as improves functional fitness levels. You will learn many different ways to use teh BOSU for cardiovascular, muscular and flexibility training.

Who is Shelly McDonald?

Shelly has been a dedicated fitness professional for many years now as a Television Personnel, Group Fitness Director, International Presenter, and Phys Ed. teacher. She is most recognized for her involvement with TSN, OLN and Fit TV's ' Caribbean Workout' where she is appearing for the twelfth year and hosting for the fifth year.
Her extensive media background includes starring in one other fitness show that was aired on CTV's Sports Net, co-starring in several fitness videos, appearing daily on ost Air Canada flights in a series of Lifestyle and Wellness videos, actingsd the Fitness Expert for several television productions. Shelly's picture has appeared in numerous newspapers and magazines including the New York Times. Shelly is the start of 8 DVD's that are sold in stores across Canada and the US. Aside from her involvement with the media, she is a phys.ed teacher at Marianopolis College and te Group Fitness Director at Club Sportif MAA.
